Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose clients using standardized tests and interviews.
• Implement therapeutic interventions that align with best practices.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Educate clients and families about mental health issues.
• Engage in team meetings and contribute insights on client care.
• Develop community programs that address local mental health needs.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary.
• Promote a positive environment through empathy and understanding.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
• Doctorate in Psychology is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical practice.
