Job Description

We are on the lookout for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest trends in social media, excellent communication skills, and a passion for storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive social media strategies that enhance visibility and engagement.

  • Monitor and report on social media trends, activities, and performance.
  • Cultivate relationships with online communities and influencers.
  • Evaluate and optimize paid media campaigns regularly.

  • Manage cross-promotional campaigns with other departments.
  • Conduct workshops on effective social media strategies for brand advocacy.
  • Provide timely feedback and support to the marketing team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Marketing or Communications is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management
