Responsibilities

• Market properties through social media and online platforms.

• Assist in staging properties for viewings.
• Follow up with clients post-transaction to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough market research to inform pricing strategies.
• Utilize CRM software to manage client data and communications.
• Develop and conduct client presentations and seminars.
• Collaborate with external vendors for property marketing.
• Stay informed on real estate laws and regulations.
• Guide clients through the offer and acceptance process.

Requirements

Education

• Higher qualification in Business or Marketing is advantageous
• Real estate certification is a must

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in property sales or marketing
