Job Description

Looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage and supervise construction projects in the vibrant city of Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Ensure material and equipment availability.
  • Maintain project documentation and records.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for project needs.
  • Track project expenses and manage financial reports.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects while meeting quality expectations.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and problem-solving among team members.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Champion sustainability practices within construction projects.
  • Develop strong relationships with local stakeholders and communities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in construction project management
