Responsibilities
Deliver technical support for products and equipment via phone, email, or on-site visits.
Conduct installations and start-ups for new equipment.
Monitor product performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Engage in troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Assist with project management and coordination of installation services.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Engineering or related field
Experience
Experience with customer-facing roles preferred
