Job Description

As a Consumer Loan Officer, you'll play a vital role in processing loan applications and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate. We're searching for detail-oriented individuals with a knack for excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify loan applications along with supporting documents.
  • Ensure adherence to lending guidelines and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of applicants' financial situations.
  • Advise clients on appropriate loan products based on their needs.
  • Work with clients to finalize loan agreements and terms.
  • Ensure all client interactions meet company standards of excellence.
  • Assist in training new team members on loan processing systems.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss targets and strategies.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients during the loan lifecycle.
  • Utilize software tools for managing loan applications and records.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in lending and risk management preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in consumer lending or related field
