Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will oversee the administrative functions of our healthcare center in Johannesburg. Your focus will be on streamlining processes to enhance patient satisfaction while ensuring that our operations comply with healthcare regulations. Your leadership will help us maintain a high standard of care.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operational budget and ensure cost-effective management.
  • Manage human resource functions including recruitment and training.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to improve patient care processes.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns effectively and empathetically.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders and service providers.
  • Manage healthcare information systems and patient records.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is an asset
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration
