Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, while leading and motivating a team to deliver the best results.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Utilize project management software to keep track of project progress and workflows.
• Analyze project data to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
• Encourage innovation by implementing new processes and tools to enhance project delivery.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration
• PMP certification is highly desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
