Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant in Pretoria to support our team and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be an organized multitasker who can handle various tasks, from scheduling appointments to managing communications.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee appointment scheduling and diary management.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to keep office functions running smoothly.
  • Answer and redirect phone calls and emails appropriately.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents and presentations.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system both digitally and physically.
  • Coordinate office supply management and inventory tracking.
  • Plan and host office events and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide assistance for various projects and tasks as required.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Higher education in office administration or related field is preferable
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative support roles

  • MS Office Suite

Languages
