Responsibilities

• Interpret social media performance data and identify trends to enhance customer engagement.
• Develop detailed reports for various stakeholders showcasing key metrics and insights.
• Work with marketing teams to align social media content with performance metrics.
• Provide guidance on best practices for social media engagement based on analytic outputs.
• Assist in the development of strategy plans to improve reach and engagement metrics.
• Ensure all reports are actionable and tailored to specific audiences, from management to content teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Statistics

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media analysis
