• Initiate and manage communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review engineering documentation for compliance and quality assurance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans.
• Provide mentorship and training for junior engineers.
• Manage change orders and scope changes effectively.
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of project activities.
• Identify opportunities for process optimizations.
• Handle project-related disputes and negotiate resolutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Postgraduate qualifications in Project Management preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in project engineering or similar roles
