Responsibilities

• Verify that machinery is operational before production begins.
• Report any malfunctions or discrepancies in production processes.
• Train new employees on operational procedures and best practices.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing team.

Requirements

Education

• NQF Level 4 or equivalent
• Technical qualification in Engineering or Manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing role
