Responsibilities

• Conduct regular compliance audits and manage the white shoe policy.
• Work with HR to design and implement training materials.
• Monitor adherence to safety and quality standards in rag production.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes.
• Document all policy updates and communicate them effectively.
• Train new staff on compliance and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of training and compliance activities.
• Support management in overall production activities.

Advantageous

• Experience in auditing processes: Practical experience in conducting compliance audits and assessments.
• Certification in HR management: Certification in HR management or compliance is a plus.
