We are in search of a Quality Assurance Manager to head our QA department in Durban. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance processes, team management, and implementing testing protocols. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our software products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct the QA lifecycle from planning through execution and reporting.
• Implement risk management practices to assess potential quality risks.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to track quality assurance effectiveness.
• Participate in software release planning and conduct post-release evaluations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness across the company.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Preferred Master's degree in Quality Management or related field.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
