Job Description

As a Registered Nurse with Healthcare Solutions, you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients in a variety of settings. Your responsibilities will include medication administration, patient assessments, and collaborating with physicians to enhance patient well-being.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document patient progress.
• Provide high-quality patient care including administering medications and performing lab tests.
• Educate patients about their diagnosis and treatment plans to enhance compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to determine patient care plans.
• Implement nursing interventions based on evidence-based practices.
• Monitor patient's response to treatment and adjust nursing care accordingly.
• Promote a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
• Participate in the development of nursing policies and procedures.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Provide mentorship to junior nursing staff and nursing students.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification

Experience

• 3+ years of medical/surgical nursing experience preferred
