We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Administrator who will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our healthcare facility in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and strive to improve patient care services by implementing effective administrative policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily administrative operations in the healthcare facility.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Supervise patient record management and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to improve patient care services.
• Conduct staff training and development to optimize performance.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Report on operational performance to the management team.
• Monitor budgetary compliance and financial management.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of healthcare staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration or management
