Job Description

We are looking for a Telecommunications Engineer to join our team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and implementing telecommunications systems, ensuring reliable and efficient communication for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of telecommunications projects from conception to completion.
• Evaluate existing systems for effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
• Engage with vendors and suppliers for equipment and service procurement.
• Prepare and present technical reports and proposals to management.
• Implement maintenance schedules for telecommunications hardware and software.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage budgets and timelines for telecommunications projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related field
• Master's degree in Telecommunications is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the telecommunication industry

Technical Skills

• VoIP and Telephony Systems
• Fiber Optics Technology

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
