Job Description

Join our team as a Textile Cutting Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, where you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operation of cutting machines. You'll ensure that these machines are functioning at peak efficiency and help maintain high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine checks and maintenance on cutting machines.
• Identify and fix machine malfunctions promptly.
• Assist in the setup of new cutting machines.
• Educate team members on best safety practices.
• Document machine performance and maintenance schedules.
• Work closely with other departments to optimize production flow.
• Help implement lean manufacturing techniques.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical qualification (e.g., N4 or equivalent)

Experience

• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• Maintenance expertise
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and CNC software
