Production Worker - Shell Machine Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a Shell Machine Operator! You will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance production efficiency.
• Assist in training new operators as needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations on equipment and suggest improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Relevant qualification in Manufacturing or a similar field

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry preferred

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of quality control procedures
• CNC machine experience

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Quality Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems: Understanding and experience with ISO standards in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of maintenance practices: Familiarity with routine and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
