Responsibilities

• Organize and lead sightseeing tours in Johannesburg, ensuring a memorable experience for guests.
• Deliver informative commentary about points of interest during the tours.
• Manage group dynamics and handle any issues that may arise during tours.
• Provide feedback to the team on tour experiences and guest preferences.
• Stay updated on local events and attractions to enrich tour content.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Tourism or Hospitality Management preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in the tourism industry

Technical Skills

• First Aid Certification
• Public speaking skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
