Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering, focusing on infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and urban development. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure projects meet design specifications and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of civil engineering projects from concept through to completion.
• Perform detailed engineering calculations and analysis.
• Liaise with clients to understand project specifications and deliverables.
• Review project plans and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor construction progress and address any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with government authorities for project approvals.
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Compile reports and documentation necessary for project completion.
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree in a related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in civil engineering, focusing on infrastructure projects
