Job Description

This role involves managing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and a proven track record of successfully leading projects.

Responsibilities

  • Create and foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration.
  • Enhance project documentation processes to ensure all project details are recorded.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of project management trends.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members on project management best practices.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to gather lessons learned.
  • Ensure all project objectives align with organizational goals and strategy.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of project team members as needed.
  • Manage project resources effectively, optimizing their use throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • PMP certification strongly preferred
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in project management with a focus on engineering projects
