Responsibilities

  • Lead brand marketing initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Write engaging copy and create content for various marketing materials.
  • Maintain the brand's integrity and ensure consistency in messaging and visuals.
  • Supervise marketing team members and mentor junior staff.
  • Conduct consumer focus groups and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Identify new opportunities for brand expansion in the market.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree in Marketing is preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in a brand management role
