House Manager

Job Description

As a House Manager, you'll oversee the smooth running of a high-end household, managing staff, budgets, and ensuring an impeccable standard of service. If you excel at organisation and leadership, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all household staff and contractors, ensuring optimal performance and quality of service.
• Develop and maintain a calendar for upkeep and maintenance of the property.
• Implement and monitor household budgets and expenses.
• Organize and plan events and special functions for family and guests.
• Provide training and support to household staff as required.
• Establish protocols for household operations including security and safety.
• Ensure high levels of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Assess the needs of the household and respond proactively to changes.
• Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers to optimize household services.
• Maintain a healthy and positive working environment among household staff.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in event management or household management are an advantage

Experience

• Proven experience managing high-end properties and staff.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
