Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to tailor career programs to students' individual needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrative staff to enhance educational outcomes.

• Provide training on interview skills and effective communication techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• Experience working with disadvantaged or marginalized populations is a plus.
