We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor in Johannesburg to lead our housekeeping team. Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Perform routine inspections of the facility to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Train and onboard new housekeeping staff.
• Manage staff schedules to ensure efficient operation.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns about cleanliness.
• Review and approve supply orders.
• Collaborate with the front desk and maintenance on guest issues.
• Implement cost-control measures and reduce waste.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree or certification in hospitality management is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality management
