Job Description

We are on the hunt for a detail-oriented Event Planner to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. Your role will include coordinating event logistics, managing budgets, and liaising with vendors to create unique experiences. Responsibilities

  • Organize logistics for events including venue selection and catering.
  • Manage event registrations and participant communications.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries for events and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Evaluate event success and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Maintain inventory of event materials and supplies.
  • Assist in training and supervising junior event staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant degree
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate event planning
