We are on the lookout for a skilled IT Support Technician to join our vibrant team in Bloemfontein. Your role will focus on providing top-notch technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Support users in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues related to various software and hardware.
• Manage user accounts and permissions on various platforms.
• Conduct user training on IT best practices and policies.
• Assist with the migration to new systems and software.
• Regularly update IT documentation to reflect changes in support processes.
• Work with vendors to address hardware and software issues.
• Provide general administrative support to the IT department as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or relevant field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
