Join our dynamic food processing team as a Food Cooking Machine Operator. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining various cooking machines to ensure high-quality food production. Ideal candidates have a keen understanding of food safety and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate cooking machinery to prepare food items according to production schedules.
• Verify that recipes are followed accurately for each batch.
• Document any deviations from production standards.
• Work collaboratively with the quality assurance team to maintain standards.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
• Keep abreast of food safety regulations and ensure compliance at all times.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Additional training in food safety is a plus

Experience

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role preferred.
