UX/UI Designer

Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer, you will have a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. You’ll collaborate with product managers and engineers to create intuitive, user-friendly designs that enhance customer satisfaction. Your designs will not only attract users but will also guide them seamlessly through our platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design ideation sessions to create innovative user experiences.
• Translate complex user needs into simple and engaging designs.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate design decisions.
• Document design processes and guidelines for team reference.
• Contribute to the development of style guides and component libraries.
• Advocate for users and ensure their needs are prioritized in the design process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in a tech environment

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
