Environmental Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an Environmental Engineer to join our growing team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing projects that promote environmental sustainability. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to conduct assessments, manage projects, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed environmental analysis and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies during project approvals.
• Assist in developing corporate sustainability strategies.
• Evaluate the environmental performance of projects.
• Provide training and support to project team members.
• Identify opportunities for innovation in sustainable practices.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Environmental Science or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in environmental assessment and compliance

• Certified Environmental Professional (CEP)

Languages

• Afrikaans: Intermediate
