Job Description

We are seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for fostering workplace culture are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Implement and monitor HR policies and programs based on best practices.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and employee relations issues.
• Assist with the design and delivery of training programs.
• Support organizational development initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in human resources management
