Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize existing chemical processes.
• Collaborate with R&D for new product development.
• Prepare technical documentation and presentations.
• Monitor production metrics and suggest improvements.
• Facilitate training sessions for new technologies.
• Engage with cross-functional teams for project execution.
• Support environmental sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's in Chemical Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Chemical Process Design
• Regulatory Compliance

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Chemical Engineer (CCE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in renewable energy projects: Involvement in projects focused on sustainable energy solutions.
• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing experience: Knowledge and application of Six Sigma or Lean principles.
