Responsibilities

• Lead projects involving new chemical processes from concept through implementation.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives.
• Implement best practice methodologies for process optimization.
• Interface with suppliers to ensure quality raw materials.
• Provide ongoing support for process improvements post-implementation.
• Participate in safety audits and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team.
• Collaborate with finance on budgeting for projects and materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a chemical engineering role
