We are on the lookout for a Civil Engineer to join our office in Bloemfontein. In this role, you'll manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they meet both budget and quality standards. Your expertise will be essential in developing effective solutions that meet the needs of our clients and the community.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects in accordance with company standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations.
• Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement best practices in project management and engineering techniques.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering
• Business Management qualification is a plus

Experience

• More than 5 years of experience in civil engineering

Technical Skills

• Geotechnical Engineering
• Environmental Engineering

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling): Hands-on experience with BIM software for project management.
• Leadership in project teams: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire project teams.
