Job Description

We are seeking a proficient DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automating deployments and managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring continuous integration and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment strategies and manage CI/CD for seamless integration.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability.
• Implement and manage cloud resources effectively.
• Utilize monitoring tools for performance metrics and system alerts.
• Engage in troubleshooting and resolving system issues proactively.
• Create and maintain documentation related to DevOps processes.
• Contribute to architectural decisions for cloud services.
• Support and mentor junior team members on DevOps best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree is preferable

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or related field
