Job Description

As an Internal Auditor at Leading Auditing Firm, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. This role involves conducting audits, identifying operational efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. We are looking for an analytical thinker with strong communication skills who can work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits across various departments.
• Identify potential risks and suggest risk mitigation strategies.
• Document audit trails and findings systematically.
• Liaise with external auditors to facilitate annual audits.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in audit or internal audit roles

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis Tools
• Accounting Software

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Audit Command Language (ACL) certification
• Chartered Accountant (CA) - a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
