Job Description

We are seeking a Hospitality Manager in Johannesburg who will oversee daily operations and ensure outstanding service delivery throughout the hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of leading teams to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hotel operations while ensuring a focus on guest experience.
  • Train and mentor staff to uphold high service standards.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting for operational expenses.
  • Develop and implement policies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Review and analyze guest feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Coordinate special events and meetings held at the hotel.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with all departments.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field
  • Professional certifications in hospitality are an advantage

  • 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality management
