Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HR team on recruitment campaigns and initiatives.
  • Attend career fairs and networking events to promote the company.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates post-placement.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all recruitment activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Any relevant qualifications in recruitment or HR

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
