We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to drive HR transformation initiatives within our firm. The ideal candidate will excel in developing and implementing change strategies that enhance organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies post-implementation.
Support leadership in communicating change initiatives across the organisation.
Foster a culture of openness and feedback around changes.
Adapt change strategies based on cultural and organisational dynamics.
Maintain documentation related to change management processes.
Coordinate with external consultants as necessary for additional support.
Develop case studies that highlight successful change initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Master's degree in HR or Business Management is preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in change management or HR consulting
