Job Description

We are on the lookout for an IT Support Technician to join our growing team in East London. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing top-notch technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their systems.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor systems for potential issues and performance improvements.
  • Create user accounts and manage permissions in line with company policies.
  • Assist in network management and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers for repairs and maintenance.
  • Document all technical processes and updates to share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of IT support experience, preferably in a corporate environment

  • Active Directory

Certifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
