UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces. You will be responsible for translating high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transforming them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs. You will work closely with product managers and developers to produce final designs that enhance user experience while ensuring usability standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design projects from concept to final delivery.
• Analyze customer journeys and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Utilize design software to create visually appealing graphics and layouts.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design strategies.
• Mentor junior designers and share best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Additional design certifications preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Languages

• English: Fluent
