UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces. You will be responsible for translating high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transforming them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs. You will work closely with product managers and developers to produce final designs that enhance user experience while ensuring usability standards.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to improve designs.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continuously enhance our platforms.
• Manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Additional design certifications preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• User Research

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in mobile app design: Bonus points for applicants with hands-on experience in mobile application interface design.
