Job Description

As the E-commerce Manager, you will spearhead our online sales strategy in Port Elizabeth. You will be responsible for driving traffic, increasing conversion rates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Monitor and report on e-commerce performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and IT teams to streamline processes.
  • Develop and manage budgets for e-commerce initiatives.
  • Create strategies to enhance customer service and retention programs.
  • Execute promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Perform A/B testing to improve site performance and conversion rates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management
  • MSc in E-commerce or Digital Marketing preferred

  • 6+ years of experience managing e-commerce platforms
