Job Description

As an Internal Auditor at our Johannesburg location, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing our internal controls, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role is pivotal in maintaining our financial health and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal audits from planning to execution and reporting.
• Assess risk management policies and procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.
• Conduct training sessions for team members on compliance requirements.
• Manage and prioritize multiple audit projects simultaneously.
• Document audit processes and outcomes comprehensively.
• Coordinate with the compliance department to enhance policy adherence.
• Assist with the continuous improvement of internal processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a related financial role, including auditing
