Responsibilities

  • Respond to support tickets and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service while resolving technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support requests.
  • Participate in continuous training and development to enhance skills.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Develop and implement procedures for improved efficiency in support processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support roles or helpdesk environments
