We are looking for a dedicated Veterinarian to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and possess the skills to provide high-quality veterinary services. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating various animal health issues, performing surgeries, and educating pet owners about proper animal care.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of animal diseases and health conditions.
• Perform routine and emergency surgeries.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in the clinic.
• Advise pet owners on pet health and wellness strategies.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and their pets.
• Participate in the development of community programs.
• Utilize veterinary software for record keeping and scheduling.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• Certification in Animal Behavior or Surgery is preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in private veterinary practice

Languages

• English: Fluent
