Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure contract compliance.
• Conduct project evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams.
• Facilitate successful project handovers and transitions.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Support team development through mentorship and guidance.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration
• PMP or similar certification is required

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in managing large-scale projects

Technical Skills

• Agile and Scrum Methodologies
• Budget Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
