We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to drive our online sales strategy in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and consumer behaviour, along with a proven track record of managing successful online sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategic partnerships to extend e-commerce reach.
• Create and manage customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Supervise budget planning for e-commerce activities.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities.
• Direct email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Enhance the user journey to boost conversion rates and sales.
• Stay updated with e-commerce trends and technology advancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
• Master's degree in E-commerce or Digital Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing e-commerce operations or similar
