Responsibilities

• Inspect clutches for adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Test clutches under various conditions to ensure performance.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs.
• Follow up on corrective actions from inspection findings.
• Work with the production team to resolve quality issues.
• Engage in regular training sessions on new inspection techniques.
• Report manufacturing defects to management.
• Identify areas for process improvement to enhance quality.
• Assist in maintaining ISO compliance during inspections.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss quality objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Technical certification or qualification in automotive or mechanical engineering is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing or automotive environment
