Perforating Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Perforating Machine Operator to join our team. The operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining perforating machines to create holes, slots, or patterns in materials according to specifications. This role is critical to our production process as it ensures that our products meet the high quality standards our customers expect.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate perforating machines according to specifications.
• Read and interpret production orders and select the appropriate tools for perforation.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines as needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and safety regulations.
• Document all production activities and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operations and safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Technical qualification in manufacturing or machinery operation is advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Basic math skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
